Hi, I'm Gary Lomax

I'm a fully qualified, Person Centred Counsellor (RMBACP) with over 20 years experience, based in Plymouth, Devon, UK., but due to the wonders of technology can counsel you from anywhere online. 

My goal is to support and equip people with the tools required to assist them through these difficult times and situations, that may arise throughout their lives. You may be struggling with self belief/esteem, loss of a loved one, in an abusive relationship, don’t even want to get out of bed in the morning, being bullied, the lists of issues life can throw at you are endless; contact me and that is the first positive step to helping you deal with and overcome these troubles.
